These instructions were made from Mac OS 10.10 Yosemite however they apply to most previous versions as well.
Adding the Arabic Keyboard
1. Open System Preferences
2. Select Keyboard
3. Select the tab “Input sources”.
4. Add the Arabic keyboard. Press Ok.
If you want to switch between the keyboard quite regularly, make sure you select “Show Input menu in the menu bar”. You will then be able to see your language flag next to the time or battery power. Click on the flag and you will see the keyboards you can use.
How to display the virtual Arabic keyboard on Mac
1. Go back to System settings > Keyboard and select the tab “Keyboard” (this is the first and default tab).
2. Select “Show keyboard & Character viewers in menu bar”

You can click each letter with the mouse and the letter will automatically display in the text field. You could also learn to touch type in Arabic and then eventually you won’t need the virtual Arabic keyboard.

Use one-handed typing on your iPhone to make it easier to type with one hand. Here's how:
You can also turn on one-handed typing from Settings > General > Keyboards and tap One Handed Keyboard. You need an iPhone 6 or later to use the one-handed keyboard. This feature excludes iPhone SE (1st generation) and iPod touch.
If you have an iPhone 6 or later, the one-handed keyboard doesn't work if you have your display set to Zoomed instead of Standard.
